Is it free to post a property?
Yes. Creating an account and posting a property is completely free.
How long until my listing is live?
Our team reviews new listings, usually within 24 hours. You can see the status under My account.
How do I contact a property owner?
Open the listing and use the call, WhatsApp or email buttons, or fill in the "Request a callback" form.
What area units are supported?
Sq.ft, sq.m, Ropani, Aana, Dhur and Kattha.
Can I upload videos?
Yes — up to 2 videos (MP4, WebM or MOV) along with up to 15 photos per listing.
How is the EMI calculated?
We use the standard reducing-balance formula: EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1), where r is the monthly rate and n the number of months.
